It was a bit of use up the leftovers before shopping tomorrow. The chicken though was superb, curry spices, paprika and fried them then covered then in mango chutney and finished in the oven.

 

Not sure I could handle potatoes and bread in the same dish.

Like having a jacket potato in a bun.

 

Like I said it was just using up stuff. But on the back of that I'd make the chicken again was superb.
