Yep I agree Kopp if money was available should have brought in a couple more players. The midfielder (name escapes me) does not seem to fit in and the striker djotta? Has been injured a lot. Problems in CB have not helped nor Klopp's mum dying.

Thing was, after the covid break Liverpool laboured over the line, folk set up to stop them and that was last season. You’ve got to evolve and they haven’t.

Same happened to Klopp at Dortmund. They got sussed out.

Oddly his Dortmund team which was all conquering for about 5 or 6 years went through a similarly awful run of form at about this point in his reign there too. Actually it may have been worse as I’m sure they were in the relegation zone during the winter break.

I would think it's a mix or a few things, Injuries etc. But the players are only human and I believe they have purely ran out or steam. The season before last they were neck and neck with City until the final day, week after a week or pure focus and hardly putting a foot wrong. Then the same last year. Klopp came out a few weeks ago and said the title defence is over and the players must have just felt a weight off. Well paid people but people all the same. You do get the feeling that all isn't well there too. Mane, even Salah even though up untill a few weeks ago was banging them in, but both to a point are shadows of them selves compared to 3 years ago.

    Couldnt disagree more!

the tired excuse is exactly that. An excuse.

I posted the same yesterday after their match. Salah gave the ball away and Fulham scored. The commentators blamed “tiredness”. **** off. It was just really **** play and stupidity in a dangerous area if the pitch. Unless we all think McFadzean is tired of course??

Klopp whinging about the games he has to play and trying to say we need a winter break. Lower league clubs play that many games every season no matter what! With far less experienced or quality fitness coaches etc. Why should those who have the best and can afford the best get treated with more respect than a lower league club?

Absolutely pig sick of the “tired” excesses. When Utd were sitting way down the league after winning it previously, they just weren’t good enough. And neither are Liverpool!!

    You know what’s ridiculous.

In Germany they have a winter break, they have a winter training camp and a bunch of friendlies to fill the time.

    Ridiculous
