Hey guys, serious thread here. How would you advise putting on about half a stone as quickly as possible. I am 6 foot and weigh 11 stone 9 pounds. Ideally I want to weigh just over 12 stone (close to 12 and a half) for my ideal weight. I feel my muscles are nicely toned, dont want them bigger and even though I have a six pack I need to be slightly chunkier I feel. So any advice? Foods? Weights? Drinks? Baring in mind I dont just want to get bigger muscle wise as people with huge biceps etc look idiotic.
dont quite understand. you want do put on weight without making muscles bigger but keeping muscle definition? the only way you'll gain waight is through extra muscle or extra fat. an extra half stone isnt going to make your muscles crazy big. hit the weights (heavy,low reps) and eat 6 times a day, around 500 calories more than your recommended intake.
Exactly. What do you want Holt? To be chunkier but without extra muscle or fat is impossible, unless you just trot on down to the petrol station, stick the tyre inflator in your mouth and pump yourself up that way. Just make sure you clean the nozzle first

Haha, dont want 3 stone Jonny! That would make me fat!. Maybe the gym with an increased intake is the way forward.
Just out of interest what do you lot think is your ideal weight if you were 6 foot tall? More than 12 stone or less? Had an argument about it with some mates. One guy said 11 stone, I said 12 and my other mate said closer to 14?!?! Jen and Tina what do you reckon? For a 6 footer what would you like
