It's a really cautious side and shows the mentality of Bruce when we don't have a creative outlet in ASM and Almiron. I'm not sure what changes I'd have made with the players available. I'd prefer Matty Longstaff than Jeff Hendrick mind, and would rather have Mattys energy and composure in that. I'm glad Carroll isn't starting mind. Looking forward to Manquillo being fit again. He makes a big difference

The fact that they played Thursday night being our own only hope of us getting anything out of this game tells you all you need to know! Injuries aside we still have players at the club capable of taking the game to them, Bruce simply won’t pick them and hasn’t got a ****ing clue how to set us up with the ones he does! I’m more interested to see if Jones is on the touchline more than anything!
Clearly the longstaffs are responsible for the leaks. Hendrick is ****ing terrible. Pound for pound a dreadful signing and he was free.
His no1 objective is to not lose heavy. He's after saving his job ad long as possible not keeping us up imo
