Except he isn't. The PL tried to stop publication of the judgement. Why? Because of the damning evidence of bias.

The judge decided it was in the public interest to publish it. That is a big victory.

 

Hmmmm I dunno I mean today's news is merely confirmation of what I have concluded already, but I'm really not sure who will win and if it goes to court then obviously its 50/50

If it’s clear evidence of bias, then why did the High Court rule against the claimant and declare that the chosen arbitrator could remain?

That’s completely contradictory.

 

NUFC are apparently appealing the decision. It seems that NUFC and the PL agreed on the chair and then the relationship between the chair/ EPL and Bird and Bird came to light afterwards.

I doubt that we have heard the last of this.
