Well not a surprise is it. win a game and it’s a false dawn and back to being awful. How long does klopp give it before he does something else. yes there are lots of factors but surely at some point have to change things up. Jota actually looked to try run behind which I don’t think mane or Salah did once today. Has to play Salah down the middle. He’s only one looks capable of scoring so get him into position where he can score. season is a write off now. We aren’t getting CL. Be nice to get into europa but let’s be honest we’d have a better season next year without it so not overly fussed. Just looks **** when go from 1st to 8th but hey might give some of them a kick up the ass during off season. is it time to break up that front 3 while they have value? Been together 4 years now, all approaching 30, maybe we need to mix things up.
those managers haven’t won a CL and prem title while then having to deal with 19 different CB partnerships. anyone calling for klopp fro be sacked needs to go away and give their head a wobble ffs
Don't think there's any point in trying to dissect that performance. The team is just in a bad place at the moment, and as a fan, all I can think of to do is be supportive and wait until it starts to come together again.
This was really such a poor performance. The players were slow, devoid of ideas. We simply cannot stick with the same system. Klopp has to change and try something different. It’s not working but is he being too stubborn.
I have questions over a number of players, mainly over their attitude and commitment to the club. I also have similar question over Klopp; has he been swayed by the prospect of the German job, surely after trying the samething over and over and it failing a person would change tack and his relationship with the players also seems strained, they lack motivation which is the managers job. The Attitude and tactics need a rethink
Yeah possibly but like I said doesn't make him immune, he isn't playing well and shouldn't be so surprised to be taken off.
How about the possibility that klopp and the owners have written the season off. See what happens this year, go again next when we have something approaching a full strength team? Not being ****ty, just a thought as to why most arnt exactly pulling up trees.
Right that's me for the night ladies and gentlemen. As my mam used to say to me when I brought my report home from school, im not angry, im not surprised, I'm just disappointed.
I think it's highly likely to be the case. Absence of fans would contribute to that as well - a crowd wouldn't let them get away with that.
That part is partially Klopps fault. Not the injuries but he could have insisted the club buy a CB last summer, instead we bought another CM He could have used actual CBs at CB and stopped chopping and changing, yes they might have been inexperienced but it would have kept a stable midfield and we wouldn't have rushed said mids back to play in defence where they kept picking up injuries. As for calling for sacking, yes I agree we're not there yet. But no manager should immune for what has happened in the past, football is all about the now and the future.
If you'd have won tonight you’d have gone 4th. The idea that your owners and manager have written off being in next season’s CL with the revenue that brings, is for the birds.
