Means a journey mate. I do have a few workmates at York who support Hull, but most of them live east of Selby way. Nah, for the matchday thing I think I'll do York.

It wasn’t an entirely serious suggestion.

Conor Coady got balls. Richarlison had one last night like that but tried to get his foot to it - didn't fancy putting his head in there. Salah is always the same.

Bit generic, but it's not bad, is it? You can do your shopping while you're there...

You'd be surprised how many people from York go on day trips to Hull...

    Genuinely surprised :emoticon-0145-shake

Patricio's kept Wolves in this. A few really good saves in this half, already.

Not been there yet, but yeah, it's in a ubiquitous retail park....

Bootham Crescent was a real old stadium with good pubs all around it. But I took it for granted when it was on my doorstep.

Take it in turns getting drunk/staying sober for driving. maybe even stay at ‘home’ from time to time and try not to piss myself getting drunk like the good old days, it that’s gonna be something that won’t be happening this or next season I guess.

I will occasionally meet work mates pre game in Sheffield/Rotherham and have a few, they go on to game and I go home. Get that pre match buzz but don’t have to sit through ****e football

Crikey, the other way around - especially when we were tier two last summer. ****ing trains were heaving with Geordies, Smogies, Hullies and even Mancs pretending to travel to York to buy their grannies' medication in the 'Spoons outside the station.

Surrounded by pubs and just minutes away from the city walls, and anyone who knows York will tell you how many pubs that is. But in truth, several pubs within the vicinity of the ground have closed in the last decade or so, or become cafes.

Got to love the boozer run in York. That first weekend will be carnage, don’t want to be stuck behind some **** ordering a 20 pornstar martini tree!

Should be pints and shots only that weekend. Always got to end the day with a station pint.
