I was actually thinking during tonight’s game (before that clip) that you literally never see them together on the touchline talking to one another. It’s the most disjointed arrangement I’ve ever ****ing seen!
He possibly said the f word but kept on talking and wasn’t being aggressive, that’s my take. But then I don’t much give a toss.
I watched it live and mentioned it on the PL board, as I laughed when I saw it and rewound it to check. He clearly said ‘oh **** off’, in response to whatever Jones said, then carried on speaking.
Mate there’s no question everything about the club is completely broken. Whether this is Ashley’s legacy or just a continuation of his abhorrent ownership remains to be seen.
You’ll be alright this season mate, and he will sell, personally I think someone will just appear out of nowhere and it’ll all happen very quick. He wants the liquid capital back and whatever dreams he had of making a profit out of the club are a distant memory. He’s not daft, he’ll go and if I was having money on it, it’ll be this summer, as there’ll be losses to cover due to COVID, so he’s as well taking a lesser offer as he is trying to hang on for his current asking price.
Completely agree. Cant imagine Kenton has fully given up and this DeGrassa is also stalling on Soton, possibly seeing if nufc in the Championship are available for cheap. We should have enough though. The Saudi stuff Is all dead though.
We spent years praying for Kenwright to sell, because he just didn’t have any cash to invest, not even on a short term basis, he was out of his depth in the modern PL era, but he seemed incapable of letting go. Many of our fans ****ing hated him for it. Supposed offers came and went and we thought we’d be stuck with him until he either died or we were relegated and went the way of so many others. Then Moshiri appeared and within a few weeks it was done and dusted. I can see the same happening with your club, but I also don’t think it’ll be the Saudis, that boat has sailed imo.
