I just can’t believe how often elite professional rugby players are guilty of the most fundamental errors like entering a ruck from the side. If you were a school player you’d get a bollocking for that.
They all try to play right on the edge these days (well, they always did, but now there are cameras etc they can’t get away with it) but they (England particularly) are getting embarrassing at giving penalties ..... we’ll get murdered by Southern Hemisphere teams come the World Cup .... we’re simply not good enough .....
What the **** is Jones telling the players? Every game we give away countless penalties. It's going to cost us this game. What a joke.
Exactly. We look good in attack - we should be slaughtering a very poor Wales team, but, again, too many penalties and dreadful discipline. Time for a complete rethink I feel. There’s no way we’ll do anything in the next RWC with performances like this
He'll just pile all the blame on the referee. He played his part but this game was ours to win when we levelled it up.
Yes - exactly. The ref was partly to blame, but England could have won this game easily but for poor discipline. We don’t deserve anything - and now I have to listen to my welsh friends ....
For anyone wondering how Ralph Krueger's making out as a coach in the NHL, the Buffalo Sabres are currently the worst team in the league, and he's likely going to be fired in the near future. Also, if you were wondering whether he has learned to convey actual information when he speaks, well...here he is trying to explain why he said that his star player wasn't previously injured, only to get contradicted by the player himself:
