No doubt trying to impose their authority and emphasising their importance, like the arrogant idiot that tried to do so on here a couple of months ago I so hope that he, and they, have learned from their stupidity on that occasion . . . . the last thing that we want is a bad atmosphere like they created then
"We understand that soon we'll be resuming structured dialogue with SAFC. We're looking forward to meeting the new decision makers at the club and as always we'll be coming to fans to ask what you want on the agenda once a date is set." Structured dialogue will be exactly the same as what's posted on the club website ... ... all football fans want the same the same thing which is the club running properly and progressing as much as possible.. If that's what the owners want it'll happen, if it's not it won't. There's the answer.
As I said that's a load of old ****e for me, they will hire the most experienced candidate. You are either experienced enough to do the job or you are not. If they are hiring you then your are the the best of everyone they interviewed, therefore you get the 35k. If your pay increase upon reaching certain milestones with said company then that is understandable but again that is better made clear in the job description. Example of job I look out for trainee train driver 28k for first 12 months or so while you train rising to 38k when you achieve your license or even just a slight increase each year until you hit the 35k. But still should be advertised as paying 32k for me, people know where they stand when applying then.
Then there's still hope for you mate. I took my two girls from when they were about 8. Eldest, who is 27, is now engaged to a fellow Lads fan, and up until lockdown were following the Lads home and away. The youngest is 22 and is a season card holder with me. Wife has no interest which suits me fine
Charlton losing 3-0 at home. Doncaster losing 2-0. Oxford losing 1-0. Lincoln, Peterborough & Portsmouth only drawing. That's League One for you. Haway Sunderland.
