This case never had anything to do with the takeover, but let's all start blaming her rather than the people that stopped it or the Saudis for being murderous villains. No we haven't I've been aware that papers went to the premier league and a test wasn't passed but I'm also aware that arbitration has started. We've several reporters saying pif will buy nufc if the club wins its case. All the rest is bullshit that people sight as being relevant and hang their hat on.. This case has nothing to do with nufc and she's not the 1st person to lose a court case.
