waddock clearly thinks that he can extend batsys loan, but this move still surprises me. having said that, he has look defensively poor ATM and sending him out on loan to get games can only be a good thing for him

i agree sandell hasnt been up to scratch this season and clearly waddock has seen what we have and done something about it.maybe a few more going out on loan as well as gw looks to free up money to get a striker in

Definitely not upset about him going out on loan. Frankly the guy is an awful defender who was inept in the league below, which the early season goals last season managed to hide. He has zero pace and is not good enough.

Kevin Betsy is believed to be the next one to be sent out on loan. With Gareth Ainsworth, Joel Grant & Kadeem Harris he will need some game time to keep match fit just incase he is needed.

Grant Basey was very good against Walsall. You can see he has had solid league one & championship experience. It's good to see a player use his brain once in a while and Basey got us out of many situations against Walsall which Sandell would have just hit aimlessly up field.

I think Sandell was good, but played in the wrong position. He was played as left back when he'd been a winger or striker most of his career, and delivered imo his best performance of last season against oxford from left wing. Its a shame he wasn't played there too much, as Betsy seemed a bit too comfortable that the position was his last season.

How rude Ron! I fiercely object to my term of endearment for you Wycombe fans being edited out of my postings. <grr>

Is Sandell a bloody teenager, leaving because he wants to play up front?! He had been at Aldershot for 2-3 years so surely he was used to travelling!

Totally agree Rocky. Can't understand why Waddock played him in the circumstances.
