I'm having a go at this. Looks decent. Never had halloumi, surprised lidl had it in.

 

gonna try some. Good way to stop food waste/use weird sized eggs rather than going into bakery industry. Do they come with a level on side. Don’t want to have a 3 or 5 egg omelette when I wanted a 4 egg one

 

Haloumi is ****ing lovely bro. Goes with everything, but good in a curry as it keeps it's shape and squeaky texture.

 

I didn't think vegetarians could eat Halloumi, don't it contain rennet or was it just for yourself?

 

Think they make a veggie version, but I must admit I didn't check.

Eating a lot of makerel recently, preferred the peppered ones I had the other day to these smoked ones tbh. Still nice tho.

Fried some onions in butter and garlic, added prawns and rice and fried for a few mins. Chucked in some chill flakes and pepper.

 

Bought some nice steaks but fancy something different so going to do a sauce with Chipotle chili's.
