I once had the runs bad for 3 days so went the Docs. He said just drink 2litres of coke a day for a week.
I was ok but after a couple of days I was starving so had a sandwich and it went straight through.
It took 9 days to go

It could just be stomach flu, but I've never had stomach issues longer than a day or 2.. Its a strange one pepto bismol had has no effect . I'd looked up the symptoms of a tapeworm before realising it might be just covid... Its day 7 tomorrow
