Bale’s currently the first name on the team sheet for me right now.
Yet a few weeks ago it felt like it was an experiment that wouldn’t work out.
Either he’s back to his best, or the others are THAT bad.

 

Compared to what he was dishing out in the first half? Definitely.
You know how they are, though. The second yellow's got to be a lot clearer than the first.

Better second half but tbh it just masks how poor we were in the first half.

It'll give JM a chance to claim we "deserved more" and "were unlucky cos we hit the bar" but this has been another woeful performance over 90 mins...to go with the Palace, Leicester, Wolves, Palace, Brighton, Liverpool, City and Chelsea out of the last 12 matches.

whilst there’s some players who are perhaps not decent enough starters, with the additions we’ve made, I have every confidence that another (an actual) “coach” would actually get the best out of the squad.
An arm around the likes of Sanchez, Dier, dele and Lloris right now, and it’d be a different story in my opinion.
