It's exactly the type of menace/steel we've been lacking for too long. Love it, and the reaction of his colleagues!

Sort of player that's hated by everyone other than his own team mates and supporters

I thought he was immense today. Hes an absolute credit. Hes a proper footballer, think playing full back has held him back. Hes better centrally, reads game well, good passing range, bit of vision. Tries his heart out. Unreal signing

Just listened to the 10am news on the French sports radio and we were mentioned :1980_boogie_down:

There's lots you don't see during the game.

O'Brien won the free kick for the first goal, Leadbitter's corner for the second goal was excellent and Burge's save from Akins was top class.

I actually think Sanderson is better than Willis, I honestly think he’s that good. Needs to start every game, no excuses.

I'd like to add to the things you don't see, and say a big well done to whoever it was (think it was Power) who put his arm round Jones just after Charlies goal, and ran with him to congratulate the scorer. Chas had peeled away to celebrate in the corner. It signified a big 'well done Jonesy' for the pass, and will have made him feel part of the team.
