''Dropping bombs'' in football is putting the ball where centre halves hate it and its hard to defend against. One example was when Nani was forced by Suarez to head the ball back because he was put under intense pressure, Kuyt reacted the quickest and headed past Blundesar.
Bill Shankly used to say to Kevin Keegan '' Ay Son, get in there and drop a few hand grenades''.

The only problew with using "bomb" is Liverpool are not very good at it, Mandy just wallows around like a headless chicken, and Suares will be in Jones back pocket.

Looks like Queen Jenny will have to think of another way to score.

My football reporter mate (who's one of you lot) thinks we'll win on Saturday, and he's also worried that Jones might be playing right back.

Have you ever seen Suarez in ANYONE'S pocket? <doh>

Jones will be too busy trying to impersonate a CB that can actually play football, Alan Hansen.

Jones making forward runs reminds me of a clumsy elephant...

If they spend all their time marking Suarez and Carroll, that will leave the space open for Dirk Kuyt aka the blonde bulldozer to punish them. Before you are really scared...you may have forgotten what he did the last time<laugh>

James Tomkins, Michael Dawson twice and Otman Bakkal.

That last pocket was so deep he had to eat his way out...

Liverpool, will be too busy defend the relentless UTD attack, to be doing any attacking themselves, I can see UTD doing an 8-2 pounding on Liverpool.

Then he'll only have to have a little nibble to escape from the clutches of any of the United defenders

I reckon you'll go in at half time 1 - 0 up, after having 55% posession, United mainly soaking up the pressure and counter-attacking. Your goal will be a penalty.

You'll come out the fastest after the braek but with half an hour to go Gerard will be sent off straight red for a cynical "tackle" in Nani, we take control of midfield Rooney drops into the hole and equalises, the wings bombard your 18 yard box and Chico gets the winner a goal disallowed in the 88th minute, he picks up a knock in the attempt on comes Owen and smashes the winner in the 91st minute against the Kop.

It was the last kick of the match, Owen runs the length of the pitch to the jubilant United fans who have overun the Annie Rd End, and have ripped out the seats and thrown them at an irate looking Liverpool fan with an Irish accent, wearing a "I hate bacon face" T-shirt.

So bombs are the result of wing play then? Crosses.

well anyone with half a braincell knows the best team for wide play in world football is the team coming to Anfield this saturday, Manchester United.
