So some will say I am just stirring the proverbial ( they may be right)
Some will no doubt say I am being racist, but the lady below who becomes head of the WTO on the 1st March has told the uk to donate vaccines to 3rd world countries Now instead of waiting until we have a surplus
Doesn’t she realise that we are one of the hardest hit in the world by COVID
Politicians make my blood boil she should check some facts out before making such demands

 

Some might say you're giving an opinion.... others will say you are what you said in the first part of your post... as it stands free speech is clinging on

 

Seems to me she's suggesting that a more equitable distribution of vaccines would financially benefit the worlds richest nations. As it's they who are likely to suffer half of the Worlds 9 Trillion US Dollar GDP deficit forecast to happen by summer 2021.

Is that a fair point for the future head of the WTO to raise ?

Some might say it's her job to talk about ways to mitigate lost global trade and damage to economies of both rich & poor nations.

Of course you can spin it another way if you wish.

 

The silver lining of home schooling is to keep the kids from being indoctrinated.

there again some say all these variants found mainly in Kent come from illegals coming over the channel as in France illegals will be the last to receive them, but here we are inoculating in the 4 star hotels and we don't even stop the 40 quid a day allocation either, quickest way any unemployed Englishman can get a better life style is to get to France and come over the channel to claim asylum.

It was the word NOW ( suggesting forget your own nationals) that wound me up, I would suggest there are better ways of putting things.

Why should Britain who has been savaged by covid gone into massive financial losses, and due to forethought still managed to grab enough medicine thanks to paying the university's to come up with a plan and vaccine . give it away before all of its own subjects are vaccinated Didn't the EU try the same trick last week and was told to do one.
We give out billions a year to help 3rd world country's why doesn't she take the free cash for her country and purchase her own everyone's happy except that the cash given will probable be stolen by now , and that will be our fault again
