You need to reset your password from the device you are active on, and use your username as a log-in. Edit: if it does a confirmation email, I can over-ride that bit, if you tell me just before you did it.

No you don't need access to email. I can over-ride that bit. I don't have access to passwords though. So you need to change the password via the device you are on.....it will then lock you out, waiting for you to confirm receipt of the email. What it does it swtiches your account from valid to pending....I just switch it back again....job done.

Surely your device will remember it? Go into the password section and click on the box to enter your current password and it should provide it.
