I don't think your ego would ever allow you to admit you've been wrong about anything. I haven't seen DPP state its the same team btw, explain what you meant or that statement can be ignored as total ignorance and arrogance. Just explain it.
It can go both ways, we could snatch a result and we can beat Wolves. It's possible. We can also lose both. Repeating every day you think we will lose the both and get relegated isn't wrong, but its negative.
I never said that did? Show me if I have please . I'm predicting Fulham pick up points today based on the fact they're a better side that Sheffield United I'm predicting man united beat newcastle because they're a better side. I've simply picked the most likley outcomes based on something called evidence. I've at not any point said Sheffield cannot win or newcastle cannot win. Btw I had this last week when we were 10 points clear and I predicted Fulham would pick up 4 to 6 points and suggested we're not safe yet.
I think everyone, and I do mean everyone, believes it’s going to be tight and won’t be a stroll in the park to the end of the season. But presently we have the advantage and for sides at the bottom 6 points is a lot to make up. We’ll have to improve because we have lost Wilson, the other two are no where near as important to us as Wilson is, and whilst not ideal they are replaceable. We have an absolute garbage bag as a manager and are still 6 points ahead of Bayern. We have the better players but just need to ensure we fight to the end and don’t sit back either at the start or after we score which are Bruce tendencies. Yes we should keep an eye on the other teams but let’s not start panicking until we need too. You never know we might not ever need to.
I agree almost entirely, but the other two are equally important to the balance of the team overall although I accept if you look at it on an individual basis he's the one that jumps out..
I’ll concede on that point happily. Perhaps now a number of posters (we’re all thinking of you Pouchy) can understand why some of us were never convinced that Rafa Bruce was the replacement for Rafa Benitez. Bruce was a rubbish manager before he came here. He has been a rubbish manager whilst he has been here and he is a rubbish manager now and he will be a rubbish manager in the future. As the saying goes form is temporary but class is permanent.
Of Ashley is expanding into Saudi then it may be linked to the deal. Or the government of KSA give him tax breaks etc and advertising on there sports channels. This is exactly the thing Mike will hang value on in the negotiation of sale price (past or present).
