Rafa isn't a burst onto the scene type of manager, he won't arrive and we will see a huge upturn in results.

We need some passionate motivator who can get them playing out of their skins for a few weeks so we pick up some wins.

Thats why I always suggest an ex player, Nolan or Barton.

End of the season we can look at some project

What about Big Duncan Ferguson?

Doubt he'd leave being Ancelottis apprentice to come to this **** show though

I've thought about him as well, but I think the idea of him leaving Everton is ludicrous to be honest.

If I was the chairman he'd deffo be high on my list, think he has real potential.

It's Howe I want under Ashley. Simeone with the takeover!

Trying to think of other ex players who manage ... Ketsbaia was doing well for a while, not sure about now, he's still in a job though. Bowyer is doing a good job, Woodgate a bit unproven but got himself a good job. Scott Parker is doing well but I think they'll go down. All these names I'd take over Bruce of course

Kennedy has once again confirmed that from the conversations he's had with pif that he does not believe that they will buy nufc if its relegated..

Makes sense to me.

TBF Micky Mouse, Pluto, Top Cat, Penelope Pitstop, Dick Dastardly, and Jessica Rabbit are also names I’d take over Bruce.

Last time we got 13 points from his first 10 games in charge and that was a team he didn't know, who had been coached by McClaren. I think it would be easier this time around as Bruce keeps saying they're still playing Rafas system.

Bruce currently has 7 points from the last 10.

I would definitely expect safety of Rafa came back.

Maybe that's why he won't. If he fails then it really will be him being part of the problem

If he failed Bruce's mates in the media would hang him.

If Rafa took over after Man Utd, I think we could get a bit of a run going Wolves, West Brom, Villa, Brighton and I would expect Rafa to take Mourinho spurs to the cleaners as he did with Pochs. Then Burnley and West Ham. I could see Rafa take us back up to mid table. I wouldn't be so confident in Bruce.

Hot on the heels of the news that Bruce was staying all season and beyond is the utterly contradictory and frankly unfathomable idea that Rafas coming back to work for Ashley, who’s somehow spending time in the Bahamas getting advice on how to run the club from people who’ve never owned or run a football club.

It's a bullshit story
