I tried but was shocked to find usernames are limited to 25 spaces.

I wanted 'The Man With The Moderately Attractive Ameobi'. :(

    Dammit.

As a wise man once said, "with great power, comes great responsibility"

Apparently, that responsibility is not confusing other members by changing your username

    Damn.

"I owe everything to Sir Bobby Robson," adds Shola, more soberly. "He really was another father figure, and I was in contact with him even just before he died. He taught me things on and off the pitch, like not getting carried away with all the trappings. And his enthusiasm rubbed off on me. Every day he was the first through the door and the last out, at his age. He had all the money he could ever want, but his hunger for the game shone through. I took all that on board."

This is why we need players like Shola at our club, regardless of how many want rid of him. Sir Bobby's influence still shining through.

One thing I think people don't give Shola sufficient credit for is his courage.

He understands exactly how most fans think of him. He knows perfectly well that if he ever takes and misses an important penalty, he will be subject to immediate vilification by 50,000, and that for most of themt will last the rest of his life. But if he's on hte pitch, he will always step up to take the penalty.

    I couldn't do it.

    [and he never misses]

Ah for ****s sake Shola, now we all feel you should get another contract after these 2/3 years are up! Honestly this article just makes me more excited about Sammy. If he can take all the good bits (which it seems he will) and couple it with the extra ability he has, then we should have a terrific player. I might slate Shola and I wouldn't take any of it back. He's ****e and lazy. But he is a good professional and a genuine fella. And I have to say that the Shola Bobby Robson had, was a different player to today. That hip injury was a bad one and messers Roeder and Souness should take a long look at themselves. The lad played through things and took injections when he shouldn't have.

^He had a lot of talent in the Bobby days. His goal against Chelsea was superb and he could actaully finish pretty well back then.

Imagine how much we'd all love Shola if he was actually a good player! Simply the thought of it blows my mind!

Shola is a bit ****e we all know that, but hes a prime example of a "professional" footballer and unfortunately due to him not being the greatest on the pitch he will never really be seen as a role model for young kids, which is a real shame. still, he will be a legend when he retires.

I hope both Shola and Harper get testimonials when they retire.
