The current worlds best footballer in the world? (Serious here, I know it’s obvious it’s Joelinton) but minus him who is the worlds best footballer currently? My top 5 is: Ronaldo Messi Lewandowski Mbappe (Welcome 2022) Haaland
On tonight’s showing mbappe. But seriously I honestly think ronaldo is still world class. Lewandowski is an amazing striker. Messi is of course still at the top. However special mention Suarez. Athletico are top of la liga and he’s having an amazing season.
Honestly, thinking it's all catching up with Messi. I think we understate the PL players sometimes, I'd mention Bruno Fernandes (not even kidding) and Ruben Dias. Best at the moment Mbappe though.
If you showed me a list of those and said list who you'd buy, Messi would be bottom of that list. I'd say Suarez is a better player than him at the minute, so he's not in my top 5. Football is about big games for me, not 2-0 away wins vs Real Betis or whoever the **** Barca play in the week. Much the same, Lewandowski doesn't perform when his club need him too, he's knocked out of big games too easy. Scoring 6 against Budweiser FC makes his tally look sexy but I need to see a few more absolutely amazing performances and a world class final from him. Kevin De Bruyne and Bruno Fernandez are incredible players and they play in the statistically toughest league with the best levels of management, so take from that what you will. Ronaldo just sorta exists at the moment, I've not seen enough **** performances for me to write him off, but Juventus aren't inspired by him. He's just a very good striker right now.
Can't you say the same about Mbappe in the French League which is far worse than the Spanish and German leagues? Barcelona have an awful manager and a lot of their side are just good players now. I haven't seen enough football in the last year to make a judgement though. Ruben Dias though has transformed the man city defence though.
Is he? I often see reports where he's gone missing. Taking away his 3 last night he's scored 2 in the previous 5 CL matches. Is that turning up? Oh and those 2 were against Istanbul. So none in the other big 4 games in the CL.
I will be saying it because according to you he turns up in big games. Have a feeling he won't be turning up against in the championship against rivals West Brom
Na he'll be hammering in a hattrick in the Champions League final, and against Man City to win the title
