    That’s just bonkers.Millwall yesterday as well but Barnsley performance today tops that.

    ps Recall Barnsley survived in the division thanks to a last gasp winner at Brentford last season

    I'm very upset with them. If they'd beaten Reading then the Royals would have been just 5 points ahead of us with the same number of games played and an inferior goal difference. Thus making them as good a target for us as Bournemouth. I blame Hilts!

    Unsurprisingly Paul Cook is a favourite over there but they doubt he would work under the autocratic control of Lansdown and Ashton.

    It's quite funny that they all seem to think Lansdown is somehow doing them a disservice by not throwing yet more money at the club to try make them successful.

    Lots of comparisons with the rugby, yet failing to grasp that in football everything is generally 10 x more expensive, certainly in terms of wages for both players and staff.
    They just need to wake up to the fact that they always have been and always will be an average to poor club that only thinks they are worthy of more due to being bigger than their nearest rivals.

    And yes, I am aware that I could be opening myself up for similar accusations to be thrown my way about us, but at least we have won a major trophy, been to the "promised land" and visited Wembley as more than just sightseers or in the minor league competitions.
