    who is to blame?

higgs:- sacked trolls and appointed penney and buckle. is he to blame? (i still dont think we would of got relegated if trolls didnt get sacked) he didnt financially support trolls but did with penney and bucks.
buckle:- the jose mourinho of league 2 thinking he is the special 1 as always up his own arse, everyone elses fault but not his, full of excuses. spent a lot of money (for us) bringing in a new squad, making big promises saying the fans are important and we deserve good times, then breaks his promises and blames the fans instead!

i say both. 4 bad decisions by higgs, not financially supporting trolls then sacking trolls and hiring penney then buckle. higgs got to go. buckle wasting our money and treating the fans like he is, he got to go.

I don't think Higgs should go. Although we criticised him when all went quiet about the stadium
we now know that lots of work was going on behind the scenes, and he must be praised for
what has been achieved so far with that. Without him backers could get cold feet.
I also don't blame him for headhunting Buckle I do think he has given him too much licence
with buying players and there must be a danger that Buckle could bankrupt us if gates drop !!

Friday nights always used to be a bonus crowd at Eastville, because all the lads who played amateur football (Downs, Suburban, District etc.) had a chance to watch professional football. So perhaps...

Surely thats been the problem with both sets of players. eg,. Rovers pre Campbell and Nicky other than Leicester. As Bill Shankly said, it doesnt matter how different the occasion, when a player pulls on the shirt he should always give his all.

Yep but when Shankly made that statement footballers were always proud to be playing, not how much money can I get if I move
