Where are you mate? Where have you gone? If you're reading this, please pop up and lighten this dull international break with your witty rants about vespaman bashing the bishop, Tom Cairneys sensible haircut, Bullard being a scruffy bastard, Tony Warner being the best goalie in the world to name but a few....

Hang on, was it you behind this masterful comic genius Percy?

And I would like to ask, that if you do miraculously pop-up with a delightful bit of your wonderful insight, that OLM or Dutch do not publish the posters true identity.

As a tribute to the great man himself (credit to Boothferry Legend, a post of his taken directly from the old 606)

Sorry for the non-transfer related, possible starting line-up thread, but I feel that I owe it to my hero loyaltigerbrian to celebrate his greatness. For those of you who are not familiar with Brian, he is quite possible one of the most amusing human beings (the term is used loosely) ever to post on 606, and as a brief tribute I would like to bring you a selection of my favourite quotes from the man himself:

‘’i know nobody wants him here but i,ve just got to say that appoiniting ian dowie as our new manager was the best thing adam pearson could ever have done’’

‘’i just hope dowie sees some sense and plays tony warner he deserves a cahnce and he can,t be no worse than myhill’’

‘’up the tigers we, ll survive and i think dowie will do the job for us.’’

‘’if you ask me we should have kept him (tony warner) i reckon he,s at least as good as Boaz myhill and a lot better than matt duke no disrepect, he would have done us a top job in the champoniship next season but we,ll live to roo the day what,s our loss is his gain if you ask me’’

‘’we should get rid of bullard son as poss if you ask me he,s been nothing but trouble since he got here anyone with a haircut like thats bound to be trouble’’

‘’everyone keeps on going on about bullard but he,s a crock if youask me we should forget about him leave him to rot on the riverbank if you ask me’’

‘’if you ask me tom carney,s the man we should be looking at him he,s a good un and just a young lad with a sensible haircut’’

‘’last seaosn he was queing for his pie at half time with the rest of us but you watch in a couple of years tom carney will probaly be driving round in one of them big black jeep things like ashbys got’’

‘’why do you lot all take the p**s out of tony warner anyway he,s a top keeper i should know i know goalkeeprs better than any of you lot, i could have been a top goalkeeper myself if i'd just ben another foot taller i was a top amatuer keeper when i was young just a bit to small to turn proffesional but thats a few years ago now but don,t take the p beacuse i know my onions i do when it comes to goalkeepers not like you lot’’

    And finally………..

‘’wheres vespaman today not seen him yet he,s probably somewere raggin his muffin again like usual if you ask me’’

Loyaltigerbrian – the man is a legend………..if you ask me!!

    Here's another of Brians masterpieces:

    football is about golas

i haven,t wrote a artical for a while and that,s because you lot don,t take me serous but i can,t keep my continance no longer it,s got to be said so i,m going to say it, the problem we,ve got if you ask me is although i think we got a good manager with adam pearson an we got to give him time he,s not got no balls to go atack and so what we gots boring football, we haven,t got no consistency cos its the same every single week always 0-0 we need to start scoring goals and we haven,t got no goalscorers our strickers couldn,t hit a bus on a bandstand with a biscuit barrell if you ask me and if you ask me if you never score a goal but the other team gets at least one then the cahnces are your going to lose more games than you win if you ask me. and while im on i just thought i,d say that the two blokes on here who i always agree with most of the time is wetsandtiger and djarmy they know there onions they do i would buy them a pint i would, its not that i don,t like vespaman its just he,s always going on about how he,s jestetting of to london and birmingham and driving round in his ford cosworth and eating his prawn sanwiches and volvo vents and stuff everuone else just talks about football but he,s alwyas going on about how he had a pint with pele last week and it just get s right onmy mamories to be honest with you now that,s off my chest. anyway the last thing is they was acouple of gipoes come round our way the other day on there rag an bone wagon and i swear to god i thought they was jimmy bullard an peter halmosi i know he,s playin for bolton now but can,t dean marny send them two to see his barber there a bad example if you ask me .

"If you ask me" is probably the most over used statement ever if you ask me. And I know my onions.

I remember seeing this on the old 606, and it still doesn't fail to make me laugh! Only Brian could come up with something like 'our strikers couldn't hit a bus on a bandstand with a biscuit barrel'. If you ask me.

One of the last threads I posted on the old 606 was a message to Brian, telling him we were all on here, but he doesn't seem to have taken up the offer of joining us.

Yes, mate, big fracas Saturday night!

NickHCAFC/Thomsen posted a thread: He was saying goodbye as he'd had enough (non-football and politics threads - or the way some threads shiftred into such) - ran to 118 posts at (my) last count!

Seems OLM pulled it in the end as some fools were arranging confrontations in pub car parks, etc....

    PS - how was Amsterdam?

Thomsen was a decent poster on here but obviously he had his mind set. And you can't stop them. There is quite a large group on here who let their heads get the better of them & they see the red mist.

OLM has done the right thing.

    Amsterdam was class mate.

Haha spent most of me Euros on other things Amsterdam's famous for.

Mate had a shock when he looked into the rooms with the blue lights though.

    The weed was good.
