Doin a one pot stew type of thing tonight. Garlic, onions, tomatoes, paprika, veg stock, carrots, chickpeas and some Pollack I got off a mate. will let that lot simmer down into a nice tasty stew and probs serve it up with some toasted pitta bread.
Pineapple on Pizza is plain wrong. Chickpeas are great though, as long as they are cooked with something.
Monkfish curry is bangin. But yeah generally I prefer it pan fried, cooked on a skewer or battered in fish n chips. That said, one of my favourite dishes is a Seafood Gumbo, but I suppose that's more shellfish than fillets.
