No we don’t NEED Fulham to lose. It would help a bit but isn’t at all the most important game of our existence. If Fulham win this game they are still a long long way from safety.
Look mate if you can't understand that what I said was rational and not negative then that's your problem. Was I negative when I said we'd see an immediate improvement after we signed Jones? Or was I just right? Fulham are currently looking strong vs Everton.. Its possible they win this game and close the gap to 7 with a game in hand, a better goal difference with Burnley, Sheff United and Palace their next 3 games. I don't care whether you think that's nonsense because it makes perfect rational sense to hang fire until those games are out the way before declaring there's no problem.
