One of the reasons I worked the weekend was to miss the Friday sea dip!

Down 2 degrees from last weekend apparently. Going to be proper cold till past April.

Will go in on Friday though. Everyone taking the piss out of me because I was buying neoprene socks, then the tide was in on Friday so they're all clambering over the stones to get in. Not laughing now, eh.

Water temp yesterday was 9deg. And the surf was big and sketchy Proper ice cream head time.

I very rarely resort to boots and gloves though, not out of some macho posturing, but simply because gloves drag in the water and boots make me feel disconnected from the board.

I’ve had some of those neoprene socks before and they are a good go between, might invest in another pair.

I worked in a call center for a few weeks long time ago rasing monies for fosse and his mates so they wouldn't go cold that winter.

Hes still here so I done a good job.

Was handy actually, pick your own shifts the week before so work as much or as little as you liked.

Met a fair few birds there too
