All he said was his personal aim was to do better and push for top half, but obviously the club said his aim was to stay up. The fans have been butthurt about Bruce's appointment from day 1 because they still think we're above and beyond such a mediocre appointment, but sadly the sad reality is that nufcs aim is far lower than the fans expectations.
Today we are not even playing but we may end up with three points. I’m watching both games. A Utd fan and Everton fans Crazy that eh! On a side note I hadn’t realised Klopp had lost his Mam this week. Football aside I now see why he was so emotional.
That’s true. Wouldn’t it be nice for things to be positive and go back to the club making progress. There’s nothing wrong with the club wanting that. Bruce is in his last big job. He’s completely useless. He’s taken a good mid table squad. Spent 100m and somehow made us worse.
Not sure what being honest has to do with it. Victim: You burgled my house and stole all my belongings. Burglar: Yes, I did. Victim: Oh, well thanks for being honest, that’s okay then. He is a manager who is happy just to survive in the PL. That is adequate grounds to complain to him/about him without any thing else eg lack of tactics, poor substitutions. If the fans can’t complain about that then we might as well all just give up. I don’t care what aims the Owner has he is only a custodian of the Club. The Club belongs to the fans. Always has, always will. The manager is accountable to the fans.
True it would be nice, but it is what it is and a need to accept it right now... Hopefully the summer will see a change
For what it’s worth I don’t think so either. I think we have enough. But we still shouldn’t accept mediocrity as fans and should always be looking up. I think this season we have to accept where we are and just grind it out to safety. It’s more entertaining than being mid table anyways. Then something has to give. A takeover. Or we have as a club major problems because when fans god back we wont have more than 40k fans and they will be gunning for SB!
It will. I’m certain of that. Whether it’s PIF or a new Rueben/Stabeley consortium I don’t know. Stabeley wants the club and she will do it. I’m convinced that if the arbitration fails then they may just do it with the Ruebens.
He's a manager who's doing what his employer is happy with. This is the thing I'm talking about.. Strip away all the ****.
