Seems slow on the football side of things with this crappy international break, so was wondering what peoples favourite comedy was.

Apologies if I missed anyones favourites out, but was looking for less obvious answers than Only Fools etc.

I went for Partridge.
 
Could someone please tell me why 'Bottom' and 'The IT Crowd' are on the list, whilst Fawlty Towers, Only Fools and Horses, Monty Python, Blackadder and Red Dwarf are not?
 
Easily The Office - the funniest and most original. It's absolute genius.

And The Inbetweeners is funny but no more than that - it's not even close to some of the great Brit comedies.
