Just found out my uncle has left me a stately home in his will.

I have no idea where Sod Hall is. I’m just off to google it now.

I couldn't believe my eyes earlier! I was wandering down the canal path and saw a boat chugging along, shaped like a giant courgette..

Then blow me down, another boat was following behind made completely of shallots!?

    Then the penny dropped!

It was an marrow boat and an onion bargee.

Honestly, some people are so miserable and will take offence at just about anything. I met a bloke with no legs at the bus stop this morning and he went berserk at me. All I said was "How are you getting on."

A biker goes to the doctor with hearing problems. The doctor asked if he would describe the symptoms to him.

“Yes sure. Homer is a fat yellow lazy bastard, and Marge is a skinny bird with big blue hair”

I heard this on the news this morning, yet I’m 51 and was brought up being told those stones originated in South Wales.

how is this news, or a discovery?

Just told a few at work that one on a group chat.

Then I realised they have to wait until the 2nd December....

Why do the US mess with dates?

Me too, I’ve known since first year History (1965) that the bluestones came from Preseli.

From what I have read the original site, including the holes for the upright stones, have been excavated giving conclusive proof.
