Well we are going to need to patrol our West Coast waters when we open up the largest oil deposits in Europe so Faslane will be the ideal base to do that from.Not with the same subsidies and staffing it can't daft lad. It's the second largest single site employer in Scotland, worth getting on for half a billion in total to the wider economy. Given what will be lost elsewhere, and the austerity that will follow a successful independence vote, it'd be interesting to see how you think that will be replaced.
