LJ is proving to be all talk imo. His persistence with the same ****e is getting on my nerves. Was a welcome relief to see Leadbitter and Power dropped tonight for that to be taken away from us in the space of about 30 minutes.
If I was LJ I’d be telling the players right now that KLD was here and he’s watching them, and that now there’s no salary cap they’re all fighting for their futures here. In reality I can see maybe 3 of them who played tonight here this time next year. No matter what division
He's the only one who's played, of course he's the one with all the clean sheets. He possibly is better than Matthews but that's such a low bar you'd stub your toe on it.
Then drop those who can't and bring in someone who will, or will at least try. Gotta be better than those hiding week in week out.
Agree, Donald cheapskate has lumbered us with a mid table division 3 team with players who have little aspiration for promotion as they're not good enough (most)
I know I know I keep harping on about it, but how can Neil have an absolutely fantastic game against MK Dons exactly a week ago and then not get a sniff? Leadbitter is great but he needs another two people around him. This 4-2-2-2 tactic is ****e too.
Its his starting eleven that worries me to the point of loosing faith in his words. You cant have five slow players in this league, one yes, two maybe but five no, and he is unaware of the best keeper at the club having seen him in a game or two, he fails to give Neil and Diamond the backing they deserve, and as for Sanderson I am completely at a loss apart from that I agree its all we can do for now But I hope the new owners have seen enough to know that we deserve better than this. can they run into the frigging penalty area instead of trying to get behind, always got to way away from goal should have started all attacking players including diamond, now the away record is gone we won't win another away game and be lucky to stop up with this pile of ****e defence. there is acres of space on our left of defence in every game, not 1 decent 90 mins of football either. We need Charlton and company to be terrible for us to have any chance of making the play offs now.
