Despite pitch and conditions, and no ****er having their shooting boots on, that wasn't a bad game of football between two decent teams.

We've lost confidence in our shooting.

I don't know what Magennis brings to games like that, he was more needed against Burton but didn't start. He started today and was doubled up on all game. You can see why Lincoln are top, their defence is solid and they get back into shape as soon as they lose the ball. We helped them by being slow as hell yet again, it wasn't until Wilks came on that there was any real dynamism.

Doncaster won, they've got the momentum. If this game was three months ago people would be calling me out, but yet again it's not taking chances, not having a go at goal, resorting to the same ****ing crap tactic of endless crosses and hoping somehow Magennis moves more than 1mph to get on the end of them.

Drop the formation, Grant, otherwise it's the Just Eat McDonalds Domino's cup (or whatever the hell they'll call it next year) again next season.

Okay I may get shot down in flames here but given our recent performances I was fully expecting to get dicked by Lincoln tonight but overall we've been the better team .. however you can see why Lincoln are doing well .. they are a very well drilled and organised team .. alas our final ball and having the cuteness to open the defences up cost us here .. we need a scruffy win to get back on track .. its not rocket science to see we have struggled since Whyte got injured and the pitches have become heavier which doesn't seem to be helping. But we live in hope.. after all that's what kills you

    Just blame David Marshall.

That's what most people used to do.

City just seem to change down a gear every time they get near the box. I think in some respects they edged it over Lincoln but I think Lincoln look definitely a slicker proposition on the ball and we're going to have to pick up our game and hope that two or three other teams suffer quite a bit of squad depletion for us to get back into the top two.

I love City. Talk about piling pressure on yourself. It's about time they called in a witch doctor to cast a spell on the opposition or Tez.

Thing is, if Lincoln played like that in the Championship they'd get shat on. So it doesn't say much for our prospects that we're capable of performances like Saturday.

Agreed, I don't blame them at all, just ruined what could have been a decent game.

It doesn't matter what other teams do if we can't win our games

Really? Thought they went as close to scoring as we did. Pretty even game.

Congratulations to the Hull City management team. It takes a lot of hard work to train a team to play two full games of football and not have one single shot on target. The players are fine at this level but a ship without a captain won't get very far.

We could have done with a deflection or something to edge this one because overall we were the better team. You can see why Lincoln are where they are because they give nothing away and are well organised. It will take a good or a lucky team to take points off them. We looked far better when Wilkes came on also calmer at the back with Ingram in goal. A point and a clean sheet on top of a decent performance against a good team leaves us in a better frame of mind tonight then losing in the last minute to the bottom club.

Against Accrington and Pompey we looked like Man City but lately we look like Grimsby.

It could be worse though we could actually be Grimsby.
