    Came here to post Trap Door and Button Moon, and was beaten to both by the same guy! Grange Hill with Tucker Jenkins and Mr Mitchell was pretty cool too.

    Bernards Watch <laugh>. My little cousin used to watch that when I looked after him. What a little moron Bernard really was, he has the ability to freeze time and all he does is use it to do his homework before class or scare his grandad or some bullshit like that. He has possibly the most devastating power in the universe at his disposal, he can be anything from the worlds richest man to the world's most elusive pervert.. but no, instead he does mundane and boring crap with it instead.

    I know of the show you are talking about. It rings alarm bells for some reason alas the name escapes me! I would Yahoo (Google seems so cliche) it but I suspect that would prove fruitless
