This doom and gloom is absurd even by my low standards.

Hayden or Fede alongside Clark is a fine CB partnership and Lascelles has ability, this new formation could suit him. Krafth is crap but he hasn’t got to bomb up and deliver crosses in this formation, he’s got to defend and he’s not that bad at that. Hayden could cover and Manq is probably only out for 3 matches.

Losing Wilson is a blow; but in this slightly odd formation we can play Fraser and Max up or Gayle if we have to. Again Wilson only out for around 3/4 matches. Two are free swings anyway so let’s just get some decent players in midfield and see if we can get some points. I’m not worried about relegation - just need Jones to keep exerting influence, bring the Longstaffs back up a level and get Hendrick/Shelvey out of the team. Then it’s a Summer rebuild, hopefully under new owners.

Darlow was good today mind

 

No. Someone didn't put a recall option in the loan contract.

 

Na, he was flapping at nearly every cross and he should have known what Ward Prowse was going to do and been at that side to stop it

 

Don't get me wrong I agree with u buy I do feel Darlow had a good game today. Made 2 or 3 excellent match winning saves

 

Na I disagree he was poor today. Dubravka is much more comfortable with crosses today Darlow was like Pickford flapping all the time and like I say he should have known where Prowse was putting the free kick. He got lucky with the 1 that bounced off the post back to him too

Hopefully Wilson isn’t too bad, nobody seems to be making a big thing about his injury.
Disappointed for Manky though, he’s been outstanding recently.

I didnt mind the first half against palace but i thought the second half was so poor, on reflection Palace are good at that stuff. But the subs were baffling.

 

Is be tempted to put out our U23’s for the next 2 games to protect everyone for the important games after.
