Still nervous, Pukki is one of the best strikers in the Championship and bound to recover his streak soon. If we can win it will be in our hands to be able to overtake them.
Truth be told it has been raining here in jacksville but it’s now cold and dry but no stars shining...
Kyle Naughton makes his 200th Swansea City appearance with the defender the sole change to the starting line-up for tonight's clash with Norwich City. Naughton comes into the back three at the expense of Ben Cabango, who drops to the bench for the top-of-the-table clash. New signings Morgan Whittaker and Kieron Freeman are also among the substitutes, and could potentially make their debuts following their deadline day arrivals from Derby and Swindon. Freddie Woodman continues in goal, with Naughton joining Ryan Bennett and Marc Guehi in the Swansea defence. Jake Bidwell and Connor Roberts are the wing-backs, while Conor Hourihane, captain Matt Grimes and Jay Fulton make up the midfield. Jamal Lowe and Andre Ayew lead the attack for the hosts. Swansea City: Freddie Woodman; Kyle Naughton, Ryan Bennett, Marc Guehi; Connor Roberts, Jay Fulton, Matt Grimes (captain), Conor Hourihane, Jake Bidwell; Jamal Lowe, Andre Ayew. Substitutes: Ben Hamer, Ryan Manning, Jordan Morris, Morgan Whittaker, Yan Dhanda, Joel Latibeaudiere, Oli Cooper, Kieron Freeman, Ben Cabango. Norwich City: Tim Krul, Max Aarons, Grant Hanley (captain), Lukas Rupp, Przemyslaw Placheta, Todd Cantwell, Jacob Sorensen, Oliver Skipp, Teemu Pukki, Kenny McLean, Ben Gibson.
Two old heads at the back although I do worry about Kyle sometimes , too many silly cards recently but that said he steady as a defender
Must admit that I expected Cabango to play rather than Naughton. If he gets an ‘early’ yellow card, let’s hope that Cooper gets on the front foot and hauls him off
