F U C K T H A T Counting the minutes until 5pm when I'm cracking my first beer. Won't be my last either.
Wife was away on nights so thought I'd have a massive cheat day on the diet to boot. Laid in pizzas, crisps, beers etc. 2 beers, a packet of crisps and 3/4 of a pizza later I'm just feeling sick and decide to go to bed early. **** me I'm getting old. Are you still not boozing Dorty? Tried any of the other low-alcohol beers yet?
Just taken delivery of 4 (large) cans of Brewdog Lost Lager. They were free (had to pay postage) and are currently chilling in the fridge....I’m doing dry however the **** long it takes till this takeover goes through and then I’m gonna crack them all open and celebrate the minute the news breaks!!
My missus reckons I couldn't go through February as well without an ale, so I'm going to prove to her she's right. Roll on tomorrow night when I get in from work.
I ordered those too, still haven't arrived yet though. Got some of the Punk IPA and the Hazy Jane in the fridge though, they're my favourite Brewdog beers
Ha ha, aye I was quite surprised when they arrived...I was expecting the small coke can sized cans but they're 440ml...not bad for a quid or whatever the postage was. The young bloke got me a couple of boxes of the Punk IPA before Christmas and I was pleasantly surprised. Quite like the brewdog stuff when I just want to have a few beers and not go daft, I can't really hoy that stuff back like I can with the Estrella etc. ****, i think that comment needs to go on the what made you realise you were old thread....bollocks !!

I've got another stone and a half (ish) to shift so i want to try and keep off it until then. If this takeover happens before then I'm ****ed like !!
The thing is, she knows I've got a drink problem. I've only got one mouth. I'll give it the consideration it deserves and you'll know by my posts at about 11.00pm tonight whether I've cracked under the lure of the ale.
