Hahaha the Jockanese, gotta love 'em. Well, I lived there from 1969 and had many a pleasant banter session - we didn't qualify for two world cups in the 70s, then they went to Argentina, made a complete **** of it and the Tartan Army spat on their own players, which made me and my dad feel much better. They moan about Motty and 1966 but never shut up about one goal from that tournament of national disgrace in a game Holland had to lose by one goal to avoid Brazil. What they forget is the Dutch defence, in 2nd gear being the required goal down, had let Gemmill walk though them without really trying and at 3-1 they needed another goal, which the golden generation of total football Dutchmen promptly went up the pitch to score with a screamer from Johnny Rep, causing Jock heads to go down and the score to remain the same for the rest of the match as they slipped back into 2nd gear. Sorry if I'm off-topic now but I didn't read the entire thread of pettiness, I just wanted to have another dig at the Jocks cos I've missed it since they became pish and the Faroe Islands replaced England as The Auld Enemy.

Apology accepted. But hey, I'm always offended anyway. I think a lot of the Scottish guys on here probably were ******s that went overboard on 606 at some point, but it's not a very hard place to go overboard on. They've got serious lazy issues towards moderation. Basically it's more of a popularity contest. If some wee comebucket hates you....You end up banned. At least here you can actually say dumb Jock and people can point out that you're a dick for doing so. Then we can discuss why you were being a dick and point out that you've probably only apologised because a power behind a button that shuts you up, told you that you were being a dick. But hey, maybe freedom of speech to you is less about argument without casual racism and more about insulting a nation that bummed your prince William when he was at St Andrews being educated by dumb Jock's.
