It’s just so painful. I understand we’ve got some utter dross in this squad (some who he still selects) but I don’t buy for one minute that you can’t get some of these players playing with at least a bit of flair and skill, or even direction. Chelsea have been given free roam here at WHL, it’s appalling.

Here's the most ridiculous thing about Dier: in his bid to prove he should be a starting CB he bulked up so much it's caused him to lose a yard of pace, so instead of having a player who could play CB, RB or DM like he was in his first few seasons, now he can only play CB - and he isn't very good at it, is he?
1-0 HT. Awful. Way, way too defensive and Dier's an idiot. We need to be far more attacking and get on the ball a hell of a lot more. Give it 10 minutes and then chuck a sub or two on if the personnel on the pitch can't do it.

People can blame the player that makes the mistake all they like but you let good sides attack you all half without offering anything going forward and you'll always get costly errors. There wasn't a single break where we held the ball in their half for a period, not a single moment of pressure. Even if we are ****, I don't care, I've seen plenty of **** Spurs sides. This is just joyless. Jose makes Santini look like Bielsa.
I was watching Vinicius and Hojbjerg closely. Vinicius had 11 touches of which 7 lost possession and he also gave away 3 fouls. Not going to judge him on one half. Hojbjerg lost Mason Mount on so many occasions I lost count. He is almost never in the right place.
