Yeah, it used to say something about him being involved in the "proposed" arbitration, to Windy's point earlier. It now doesn't reference that at all. He's also gone off the boil with Newcy Broon and zebra bread.
Great news. The arbitration didn't start... he's confirmed NUFC is his client.... so this means the deal has been signed off without the formality piece. This is quite major. I'd say we will see an announcement by the end of next week.
It's done by proxy. Arabs are big on saving face and when it involves MBS he likes to keep a distance and doesn't want to be officially rejected etc... They have told Ashley... 'clear the path and we are able to complete'. Remember.. the deal isn't officially rejected by the PL... so it's on the table pending PL approval of the O&D test (PL confirmed it's still in limbo). De Marco has confirmed we are a client and it looks like the arbitration isn't needed. There's only two reasons why.... 1- Ashley has withdrawn his action 2- the PL have agreed formally to pass PIF through the O&D test thereby concluding the deal The deal wil have been dependent on approval so it will be sat in stasis whilst that process concludes. As for someone's suggestion that the Dildo brothers might sell West Ham to PIF..... they would still have the same issue as we have.
So we are ignoring the fact that PIF put out an official statement withdrawing due to economic financial certainty. But we are expected to have the belief which is completely unproven with no factual basis whatsoever that they will buy the club if the hurdles are cleared? Can anyone on here link me any actual proof of them saying this?
