I'm standing with JA. At least I know he was on those coaches in the premiership, championship and league one. He might annoy you, but he is charlton. If People like he and seb(mentioned on another thread) are are forced away, then fine. You might not understand them, but they will always be here, and deservedly so.

Everyone has there say about you JA, but I remember years ago when konch would print your teamtalk posts and show them to the team for a bit of banter. My point is, whilst it was funny- and ridiculous, they knew you were a CAFC fan. This was before he signed for spurs- but Paul always had a soft spot for you. Know that, and ignore any **** that comes your way.

Here we we are 9 hours after another promise and 3 threads, 2 about him. Why can't we have a thread about Charlton. In 15 years this guy has not changed so why now in a couple of months? I have been an addick since 1956 and followed the team all over the country. Here is a guy who when I had a season ticket one seat in front of him in the old covered stand would not shut up, a nice enough guy but a guy full of idiocy. I had to move my family to the East Stand to escape and I must be thick as I endured him for 3 years hoping he would mis a game or start supporting Millwall who certainly would curb his excesses. Can the powers that be keep him to two threads or if not do a Charlton Life and out him otherwise I like many others will migrate to another thread and you can keep the Jonathon Acworth show here, 'cept he will follow us all somewhere else. WHO IS THIS GUY SCP? I will tell you. I have read this and the former BBC 6060 thread for 2-3 years in my lunch break. I did join to raise a specific issue because in the last 2-3 months this has become the JA show and not a lot more. The stANDARD of grammar from him is so bad he he is bound to be lampooned. I just wANT THE OLD MEANING FULL THREAD BACK. Just limit him or ban him. SCP, this is common sense, not malicious. There will be no thread if he goes on and someone or something had to bring it to a head. For me it was the pointless Depford bridge thread which was a lead on BBC news. this not a BBC general news forum, it is a Charlton forum.
