I know of NHS staff in Hull that were involved in the trials too. Chazz, calling them “guinea pigs” in unnecessarily mouthy and demeaning even from you. Retract please.

Preprints available here are not Lancet publications or necessarily under review with a Lancet journal. These preprints are early stage research papers that have not been peer-reviewed. The findings should not be used for clinical or public health decision making and should not be presented to a lay audience without highlighting that they are preliminary and have not been peer-reviewed

Oxford University have submitted data to the world's most respected medical journal for peer-review, I suspect they're fairly confident of their data.

In our studies, the demographic characteristics of those enrolled varied between countries. In the UK, the enrolled population was predominantly white and, in younger age groups, included more female participants due to the focus on enrolment of health-care workers. This is a typically lower risk population for severe COVID-19. The demographic profile combined with the weekly self-swabbing for asymptomatic infection in the UK results in a milder case-severity profile.

I can't find that particular bit Chazz, but it makes sense. As half the trialists (not guinea pigs please) are receiving a placebo, if you use high risk patients then you are likely to have fatalities which is going to throw into question the ethics of the trial. If you choose health care workers, its easier to monitor them as they are on-site. I don't have a problem with it. What part of it do you not like and why are you so anti-vaccination?

And the term human guinea pig is widely used.

That makes sense as they don't want to have all the method details in every paper, makes them ridiculously long.
So why you not liking the jab?

Good work, Ric. Are you using anything like Vape, Patches or Gum?

A couple of years ago I went 4 weeks cold turkey, but still have gave in one night the Missus was on and she just wouldn't let up.

So off I went to the corner shop for 20 and four beers.

Just be aware that moments like that happen and it's best just go to bed or something.

Sorry Chazz you need to get up to speed on this, pig ( the full size ones ) and chicken are also not allowed any more. People take offense you see.

PETA wants you to stop calling people 'pig' or 'chicken' | CTV News
