I still think based on the glimmers that I've seen, we can be better. But hovering around 13th is about where it is yes, it's what we can hope for. I honestly was perfectly happy with us being down 2-1 even if we were playing well, Palace aren't the easiest ****ers in the league. It was the abject apathy we shown in the second half, whatever he said killed all momentum, left us limp and lifeless. It's worrying and I seriously think any other season we would be down.
In fairness Palace just dug in, kept a solid shape and hoped for a counter 2nd half. You couldn’t break them down or get in behind them. Classic Woy defending a lead stuff.
His biggest dilemma will be whether to drop Scotty for Matic. Then he'll play him in front of both just to be sure!
