I have always had a theory that goes against that a bit. Most (not all) of the very best players are one footed and I think it’s because they just only ever used that one and practised it to perfection.
Struggling to see too many positives from this (as a penalty is awarded) is that Stephens and Djenepo both played well.
How can it be red? He is not denying a goal scoring opportunity because the only thing that denied it was Martial choosing to go down.
