I've found our reporting on our injured players quite strange. We give details about some and not about others. Like who knows whats going on with KWP or how long he will be out for!?
Given the injuries this is probably a bit of a free hit. Saints style continues to entertain so I think the instruction has to be just go out and enjoy yourself. Who knows, that freedom to express may be just what’s needed to get a result. Looking forward to seeing Jankewitz over 90 minutes.
Yes, confirmed that Oriol was the third injured player. Source: The OS "Theo Walcott, Ibrahima Diallo and Oriol Romeu were all struck down with injury in Saints' 1-0 loss to Aston Villa on the weekend adding to Hasenhüttl's injury woes. Jannik Vestergaard and Will Smallbone remain on the long-term injury list, with Kyle Walker-Peters remaining a doubt. Both Moussa Djenepo and Nathan Redmond had a successful return to first-team action on Saturday and will be available for selection."
At least he knows how to keep hold of a lead... Fact. Scottish Referees were sponsored by Spec Savers
The match officials have already decided the result, just the score to be finalised, which is just a formality apparently. There was a major argument between Mike Dean and lee mason over the last 2 days which did put the game going ahead in doubt. Mike Dean said he wanted 6-1 to Utd, whilst sending off 2 of our players, where as Lee Mason didnt think we were worthy of a single goal, and he wanted an additional injury to a key player. I ****ing hope they’ve sorted it out before the game, we dont want us to actually be able to play fairly and maybe, you know, get a draw or a win...
I hope you are wearing the 'Brighton hat' as well FWIW, dishwasher disaster on Saturday...plain sailing this morning. Read into that what you want.....
