    Do it, it’s very few ingredients and very therapeutic. Test your yeast first in some warm water with a quarter tsp of sugar and wait for it to start foaming a bit. Add salt to your flour give it a stir then throw in your yeast mix the add water bit by bit till it form a nice soft ball then knead for 8 minutes or so. Shove it back in your bowl glue a bit of oil on the top to coat to stop it drying out and leave in a warm place till it’s doubled in size.

    Knock it back to take the air out then shape it into a bread tin or a round cover and wait for it to rise. 180c for 25 mins should do it.
