2 each of "A","E", "R" and "U"
1 each of every other letter in the alphabet

So this sentence contains at least one of each letter in the alphabet and contains 33 letters in total.

Can you achieve it with fewer letters?
 
It has to be a sentence that makes sense. Have another go.

Some incidental information.

"A quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" is the phrase used to teach typists how to touch type.
