Now that has captured my imagination. Unfortunately corned beef here is imported & super expensive but I am chasing a guy who apparently makes if here. If I manage to track him I’ll make some of those. :emoticon-0110-tongu

Anyone who is serious about rice has a rice cooker. No one here boils rice in a pan. End up with perfect rice and can just keep serving from it throughout the day. Although they do prefer it sticky (ish) here so they can eat it with their hands.

Have a microwave rice cooker. Get the ration of rice/water right and it’s spot on. But like flour for bread, rice needs a bit more/bit less water when using a rice cooker. If you want fluffy basmati then a pan, water and rice is best.

It’s supposed to be a stew. What you have done is us a can of watery toms and hoy some olives in with some chicken breast and pasta. Left out the bacon too.
At least use bone in chicken thigh for some flavour.

You can just chill the mix for a couple of hours in the fridge and then make it.

But if you’re going to the effort of making an ice cream base from scratch then you might as well do it properly and leave it overnight.

Lol. You'd have passed them off as your own if I hadn't asked <laugh>

Anyway, I've just invented this new biscuit, actually it's a cake. I take a sponge base, layer it with an orange jelly and then coat the top in Chocolate. Haven't thought of a name yet, but they are bangin. Got any ideas ? Was thinking something like Orange choco sponge cake ....
